If you have an existing number on your President, but have no registration document  the ''Only'' way to possibly  get that number back and registered with DVLA is through the club enclosing the relevant form that we supply. DVLA will not accept applications any other way.

If you do not have an existing number DVLA will issue an age related number. Do not forget,to register a President with or without an existing number you can only do it on the ''V765'' scheme through the club with these forms
